They listened to our frustrations and quickly reviewed our current state. Amvale Medical Transport Ltd are responsible for a variety of contracts throughout the United Kingdom that includes Frontline Ambulance support, the transportation of Human Organs & Tissue, ECMO Retrieval Teams and Patients for Transplant, within the NHS National Framework via Land, Sea and Air. Additionally, we are responsible for the repatriation of a variety of many other types of patients around the country. All of this is often under extreme and emergency situations and high-pressured environments. Communication is both vital and essential to ensure we maintain the operational effectiveness of the company and the essential service to our own hospitals and clients. 
 
In September 2015 Amvale Medical Transport Ltd put out to tender for the supply, maintenance and technical support of 265 mobile devices for use within the company. Of these devices, 205 were existing numbers requiring a Port across to a new Network (EE) and 60 were new additional numbers, all of which were required to support a variety of work across the broad spectrum of company contracts. Our initial list of suppliers was eventually reduced to four, from which Care to Talk was awarded the contract with us. This was due to their competitive pricing, confident and positive approach to our demands and their obvious conscientious “Care to the Client” attitude. Whilst we had the option to choose from any range and variety of mobile devices, we selected Samsung as our model, all of which arrived in plenty of time, and all together, with sim cards. Additionally, the Care to Talk team also supplied a list of all sims from old supplier numbers against new and tagged to each device with its sim, for each device that had been allocated to each User. This made both the allocation and network switch processes to our Users extremely efficient and quick. 
 
From the start, Care to Talk has been true to their word with Alison applying her own rigorous and professional support to ensure that we have received and maintained a robust and fully effective service throughout. During the porting phase we experienced no disruption from our original service at all and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Given that the largest portion of these phones are to be used for emergency ambulances and response cars it was extremely important to us that the service be continually reliable and stable, for obvious reasons, especially during porting. 
 
Alison applied her own watchful eye over the whole process with continual updates and communication, to ensure that the whole process went to our satisfaction. Since 2015 to date Alison has remained as our supplier for mobiles and continues to ensure that we receive a top rate service. 
 
Furthermore, in 2020 Amvale decided to change their VoIP provider and phones and due to the level of service provided by Alison and Care to Talk it was not difficult for us to select them as our new provider, once again the transition across from old to new service was seamless. 
 
Additionally Alison maintains scrutiny of our account to ensure that User levels are at their best and that we also get the best financial service as well. Alison will always stay in touch to check on the service and is always readily available to talk or assist if needed. 
 
I would have no hesitation in recommending Care to Talk to any other company for Mobiles or VoIP and have only the highest regard for Alison and Care to Talk. You can be assured of competitive rates, professional support and a real genuine care towards “You” the User.
